Why Chilhowee Grip Covers?
If you want something distinctive for your bike; something that makes it even more of a pleasure to ride, Chilhowee Cowhide Grip Covers are just what you're looking for. They look sweet blowin' in the wind and they're so soft you'll never get tired of putting your hands on them. Chilhowee motorcycle grip covers are designed to fit most stock grips and throttles and are 4-1/2" wide x 4-3/4" long (not counting the fringe).

Chilhowee Motorcycle Leather is a custom leather shop and we're proud of how we make our leather motorcycle grip covers; we've built our reputation on it. We use only the finest full grain premium cowhide and cut each pair of motorcycle grip covers by hand, one grip cover at a time. Handcrafted means that we take whatever time is necessary when we make your order so the leather you put on your ride will make you proud. Our Motorcycle Grip Covers are designed to lace right over your existing stock grip and throttle and take only minutes to install. We don't use those ugly metal eyelets in our leather motorcycle grip covers, either. And because we don't, our motorcycle grip fringe fits like it was custom made just for your ride!
Chilhowee cowhide grip covers are full-grain, durable, and comfortable. The cowhide used for our grip covers is a medium thick (4 oz), very plush full grain naked leather (specially tanned and dyed for softness and looks). Very comfortable when next to the skin and wears practically forever. If you're thinking of replacing the motorcycle grips you have now, consider covering them with leather instead. You'll have better looking and better feeling grips, and you'll spend a lot less money.
Grip Covers With or Without Fringe
To fringe or not to fringe - that is the question. If you like a little retro pizzazz, choose or 16-inch fringe. It's just right and won't slap your arms like other fringe. For riders who just want to soften or cover their grips, but don't want the flash, order our grip covers plain. Either way, you'll ride happy.
